Bulgarians Arrested for Credit Card Fraud
Pattaya Police announced on Thursday the arrest of two Bulgarian men suspected of forging credit cards. Ventseslav (40) and Ralev (42) were caught trying to install a skimming device at an ATM outside a convenience store on Soi Bongkot. They tried to flee the scene as police gave chase and both men were overcome and detained. On searching their room, officers found more skimming equipment plus a number of small spy cameras. Even though the men denied the charges, due to the evidence, they were both detained for further questioning.
