Update on Missing Girl

Girl Found Dead in Pond

On the 5^th May it was reported that a young 8 year old girl was missing from her home.  A team of Sawang Boriboon officers searched the area but came up with nothing. 

Then sadly, on the afternoon of the 6th May, Pattaya Police received a call that the girl had been found drowned in a pond 3 kilometers from her home in Soi Siam Country Club.   The child was lying face down in the water and when they brought her out of the water she had a bloody nose and a broken neck.  From initial observation, officials believe that she was playing in the pond and slipped and broke her neck.  Her mother, Ms Varaporn Tawasaen was given the sad news and is now being comforted by relatives.
