A big party was held at the Mike Beach Resort on Soi 4 with many VIP guests and Mr. Surat’s family and friends attending to wish the entrepreneur businessman a happy birthday.   One special guest to pay his respects was Mayor Ittipol Khunplume, who Mr. Mekawarakul ran against in the recent mayor elections.  No ill feelings at all as they greeted each other as old friends and exchanged gifts and flowers.  Mayor Ittipol later gave a speech to congratulate Khun Surat.   Happy Birthday and Congratulations to Khun Surat Mekawarakul from Pattaya People Media Group!
