American Suicide

Californian Jumps from Beach Road Hotel

Pattaya Police were called to the Markland Hotel in Soi 1 off Pattaya Beach Road in the morning of the 16^th July to investigate a suspected suicide.  

There they found the body of 41 year old American, Mr. Christopher Rozier, on the roof of an adjoining building to the hotel.  Police are puzzled as to why he chose to jump from the hotel as he resided at an apartment in Soi Buakhao.  Inside the Californian’s trouser pocket were a suicide note and his passport.  The American Embassy has been notified of the incident.
