Go Tournament in Banglamung The Banglamung Vocational College was a scene of great excitement on the morning of the 22nd August when the Deputy Minister of
Education Pongsakorn Unnob opened the 8th Vocational Go Tournament. A total of 292 students gathered from 91 schools and colleges in the area to take part in this popular Chinese board game of skill and strategy. Two players place black and white stones on a board, a game which is sweeping Thailand and has been a big hit in China for over 2,000 years. News stories placed on this website are short versions.
