International Jet Skiing in Jomtien The week long World Cup Grand Prix Jet Skiing Championship has been taking place at the White Sand Beach in Na Jomtien during 2nd to 7th December.
Teams from over 35 countries, including Thailand, took part in what turned out to be a very exciting water sporting event with contestants all competing to win one of the four auspicious pure silver King Cup trophies. Then on the evening of the 7th December, the closing ceremony was held at the Jomtien Beach Hotel. The overall winner was Mr. Quawin Raterine from Austria who received the King’s Cup and 15,000 US Dollars prize money. News stories placed on this website are short versions.
