The funeral and mass of thanksgiving for the life of Mr. William Raymond Burbridge took place at St. Nikolaus Church on Sukhumvit Road on Thursday, 7th May. Mr. Burbridge died peacefully at his home in Pattaya on the 3rd May at the age of 78. He was born on 18th June, 1930 in Foxborough, Massachusetts, USA. William (Bill) Burbridge lived with his wife Pat and daughter Cindy in Pattaya for many years where he became a well known and respected figure. He was founder of both the Rotary Club of Jomtien Pattaya and the Seafari Diving Center in Pattaya. The catholic mass was given by Father Michael Weera Phangrak and was attended by wife Pat, daughter Cindy (who is now a famous model), family and many friends.
