The annual KFC Charity Run took place on the morning of the 17th May. Starting near the sports stadium on Jomtien Beach Road, hundreds of contestants of all ages lined up to take part in this energetic run around the streets of Jomtien and Pattaya. The fundraiser which is organised by the Yum Restaurant International Company (KFC) for underprivileged children was attended by Deputy Mayors Weerawat Kahkai and Wattana Jantawalanon, who began the race and officiated at the trophy ceremony later in the day.
