Foreigner caught on the rampage

Pattaya police were certainly very busy on the 25^th November, when they received many complaints about drunken foreigners, including one taking place at the V.C.C. Condotel in South Pattaya.  They were notified by the security guard that a drunken foreigner was running around on the rampage and attacking passersby and residents of the building. Officers went to investigate and found the 40 year old man, known only as Abdullah in a very drunken condition in the car park area attacking a resident.  He resisted arrest as police tried to calm him down which they eventually did, and on searching his pockets found a blue substance, believed to be a drug. He was taken back to the police station to be questioned.  Then two hours later the man’s father came forward stating that he had refused to give his son money which he wanted to buy drink and drugs with, which miffed the man slightly and so went on his afternoon rampage around the building.
