Teenage thieves arrested

Patrol officers were radioed on the afternoon of the 1^st February to be on the look out for two young boys riding a bike heading along South Pattaya Road towards Big C.  They were wanted for attempting to snatch a bag from a woman riding a bike.  They fled the scene of the failed robbery, but the victim phoned the police and action to capture the two was put into effect.  The teenagers were caught and taken back to the police station to await the victim to come forward to identify them.
