Teenager caught stealing copper

A 17 year old construction worker found himself at Pattaya Police Station on the evening of the 6th February where he was charged with theft.  The teenager was caught red handed, stealing pieces of copper, used in the installation of air conditioners.  He confessed to the charges, stating he was going to resell the copper in order to get more money for buying whiskey.  He was charged with theft and now awaits a day in court.
