On Wednesday morning, Central Festival Pattaya Beach conducted another fire prevention seminar with staff members and retailers in the shopping mall.  The shopping mall has installed some 200 fire extinguishers, to be readily available.  All attendees received basic instructions on how to control any fire that might occur, and to engage energetically to resolve any emergencies.
