On Tuesday morning, Pattaya police responded to a call from an anonymous citizen that a man had been physically assaulted on Pratumnak Hill.
The police, accompanied by Sawang Boriboon medics, rushed to the scene and found a man, approximately 30-40 years old, delirous and with a deep gash on his face.
The police said he knew nothing and did not know who had hurt him. He was asked for a national ID card but said he didn’t have one because he is a member of a northern hill-tribe. He was sent to Banglamung Hospital for medical treatment, and police will continue to investigate.
