96 FM DJ Dave D. holds exclusive mini-concert with legendary Daryl Read

 The Liquid Lounge on the corner of Soi Buakhao and Soi LK Metro, was the venue chosen for an almost spontaneous arranged concert with a true artistic legend: Daryl Read.

Daryl has worked with the biggest names in the business, starred in movies, is an acclaimed poet and multitalented artist. Daryl Read´s biggest claim to fame must be his work with one of the world’s best bands ever, The Doors.

The backing band consisted of the long-time Pattaya resident, local celebrity and supreme bass guitarist Graham Seirs. All together the night clearly showed that Pattaya is full of skilled, creative and active Expats.

Even though the Pattaya People Reporter team tried to find out what the reason for this special performance was, it was never really clear.

Some claimed it was a farewell party for Darrel who is leaving for Germany soon; others claimed that it was a “come-back soon” party.

No matter the reason for this event, it was a gigantic success and it has already been decided to arrange more Pattaya Concerts with Daryl Read.
