On Friday evening, at the Flipper House Hotel,on Soi 7, Pattaya Beach, a welcome party was thrown by the Director of Tourism Authority Region 3- Mr. Niti Konggrood, to welcome the Pool Masters from Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, England and Asian countries. They are part of the Pattaya 9 Ball Invitation Tournament, going on from 1-3 October at the fountain area of Royal Garden Plaza.

This tournament hopes to draw tourists and to promote the game of pool to public.
