On Saturday, the BCCT, in cooperation with Siam Country Club, the Thai Polo Club and Tiger Beer held a party for BCCT members at the “Island Pool Club” of the Village at Horseshoe Point where they proudly celebrated the Village winning the 2010 Thailand Property Award in three categories.

This is the third year in a row for the Village at Horseshoe Point to win in 1. Best Villa Development in Thailand; 2. Best Villa Development on the Eastern Seaboard, and 3. Best “Green” Development in Thailand. Over 200 members of BCCT joined the party. The President, Mr. Graham MacDonald, opened the party and greeted all the members, after which a welcome speech was delivered by the CEO of Horseshoe Point, Mrs. Ganlayanee Srifuangfung. Mr. MacDonald affirmed that Thailand is still an attractive investment for all worldwide, in spite of the recent economic downturn.  The good relationships fostered by both Thai businesspeople and foreigners is one of the main reasons Thailand will weather any economic crisis and the BCCT believes the country will emerge even stronger for future development.
