On Thursday morning (16^th), at Diana Garden Resort, a seminar was held to educate the people with disabilities to help be able to look after themselves by helping them to find gainful employment. Many distinguished guests attended along with many people with disabilities representing every Province of Thailand.

The origin of this program was led by the method used in England which has training facilities for people with disabilities to be educated join the countries workforce by learning to adopt their difficulties to be able to support themselves’ and integrate into society. As for the training program held by Father Ray Foundation it started on 15 and will continue until 17 December 2010. Exchanges of knowledge between countries will help people with disabilities in Thailand. These ideas will be part of a National Development Plan of future.
