On Tuesday afternoon at Pattaya City Hall, preparations continued for the Pattaya Count Down 2011. Chief Deputy of City Hall Mr. Wuttipol Jaroernpol,  along with other city officials and private sector individuals, attended the meeting.

Pattaya Count Down 2011 will be held between the 25^th and the 31st of December 2010 at Balihai Pier. The city is planning to make this the biggest event ever in the history of Pattaya. A bigger budget has been allotted this year with the goal of drawing tourists from all over the world to enjoy the extravaganza, fireworks and world-class entertainment on venues the length of Beach Rd.

The meeting agenda discussed managing traffic control, contests and prizes, and safety procedures for tourists. Officials will be working very hard to make this the happiest New Year celebration in Thailand, and are working now to contract with a management company to help oversee logistics for the event. This information will be announced at the next press conference.
