On Thursday night (23^rd) at the Cove Condominium on Soi Wong Amat, a “Thank You Party” for real estate agents was hosted by the “Pet Property Development Co., Ltd”.  Represented by their Board Director, Mr. Itti Chawalittamrong, who is a 3rd generation property developer in Pattaya,  the gathering was to show appreciation to all the realty companies and clients who have made the Cove quite a success story, having already sold over 50% of the new condos.

The Cove is an 18 floor condo of 103 units, with residences of over 100 square meters up to a Penthouse size, with Prices ranging from 11 – 120 Million Baht. The construction of the project will be completed shortly. The Cove can certainly boast of an international clientele: coming from Europe, Scandinavia, Russia and Thailand, for long term residence.

In the next 3 months, 200 units of low rise condos will be commenced, with this project offering more affordable condos to clients with lower budgets.
