On Monday night (10^th) at “Fairtex Boxing Stadium” in Soi Thepprasit 2, a few matches were on the boards for a entertaining evening. The Main match was between the Red Boxer “Sayan Noi Roong-rote” VS the Blue Boxer “Tapao Tong”, both in the 26 Kg Category.
 
A moment after the fight started, “Tapao Tong” surprised “Sayan Noi” by serving him a hard kick on the back.  This blow shook “Sayan Noi” so much that he started to lose his balance for a while. “Sayan Noi tried to return the favor with a few left kicks, but he could not break through the strong defense of “Tapao Tong”, giving “Tapao Tong” more points in 1st Round.   In 2nd Round, no matter how hard “Sayan Noi” tried to attack “Tapao Tong” the defense maneuvers by “Tapao Tong” kept him out of harm’s way, giving more points to “Tapao Tong”.

In 3^rd Round, “Sayan Noi” started to realize that as much as he tried to clobber “Tapao Tong”, he would get hurt even more, and again, The points for round 3 went to “Tapao Tong”.

In 4^th Round, “Tapao Tong” started to get cocky, and dropped his guard. When “Tapao Tong” kicked “Sayan Noi”, “Sayan Noi” managed a hard punch back to “Tapao Tong’s chin” followed by multiple strikes, which shook up “Tapao Tong”, and brought big cheers from the crowd. Luckily, the bell saved “Tapao Tong” before he went down. However, “Tapao Tong” had still accrued more points than “Sayan Noi” in this round.

In 5^th Round, “Sayan Noi” realized this was his last chance to turn the battle in his favor. He started attacking “Tapao Tong”,  getting inside his swings. “Tapao Tong” tried to fend  off “Sayan Noi”’s assaults, and maneuver him into the outside swing zone, but “Tapao Tong” now seemed very weak. “Sayan Noi” managed to stay close inside, and kept attacking “Tapao Tong” until the bell rang. Surprisingly, the Victory went to “Sayan Noi” for his hard work and persistance.
