On Thursday morning at the Radio Station on the Big Buddha Mountain, a ceremony was held by the City Hall to show respect to and ask for protection from the spirit of Groem Luang Chumporn Ket Udomsak in the occasion of Chinese New year. 

The Deputy Mayor Ronnagit Ekasing and many officials of Pattaya City Hall attended the ceremony. To conduct merit sending ceremony which Thai believe that Groem Luang Chumporn who used to protect Siam in the old days always stays amoung his later generations and protect the next generations from losing  the kingdom and freedom to the other nations and which the ceremony must be done often to show gratefulness and appreciation.
