On Thursday night (3rd), over 100 police officers from the Pattaya Police Station, the DSI, the Public Sector Anti-corruption Commission and the Banglamung Administration conducted a Crime Suppression operation in Soi Pattaya 13 / 4. There are many gay bars, go go bars and beer bars in this soi, also known as Boyztown.

50 Places were targeted to be searched for illegal operations and drug use, so the police surrounded the whole soi, and entered every bar and entertainment venue to inspect the relevant business licenses and run urine tests for drugs on all the employees.

Over 20 employees from these venues tested positive for drugs, and were taken to the police station for legal proceedings.
