On Thursday afternoon, the Pattaya Police Radio Center was informed about a man was found laying on the beach unconscious, opposite the Police Station. The police contacted Sawang Boriboon Rescue Team to assist the man.

A Thai man, aged around 35–40 wearing a black t-shirt and a short pair of jeans and was lying under a coconut tree now semi-unconscious but he could not talk properly. There were no documents or ID found on him to indicate who he was. The Sawang Boriboon Rescuers only could take him to Banglamung hospital for medical attention and will try to help the man when he recovers.
