96FM interviews first Serbian football player in Thailand

Pattaya People Radio 96FM received two visitors from Russia and Serbia this week, when Barry Upton interviewed Ivan Trofimov and Vladimir Ribic.  Russian entrepreneur Ivan Trofimov wished to announce the signing up of two new Serbian players to join the football team at Chonburi Football Club.  Vladimir Ribic, aged 30, from Belgrade now plays Forward with The Sharks, based at IPE Chonburi Stadium.  The other player who unfortunately was unavailable to travel to Pattaya is Darko Rakocevic who is now a Defender with Chonburi Football Club.  Chonburi FC is in the Thai Premier League and came 3rd last season in 2010.  Their rivals of course are the Dolphins – Pattaya United Football team.
