The Permanent Thai Representative to the UN and Ambassador, Don Para-mat-winai came to City Hall to instruct the City Managers, City Council Committee Members and the teachers and students of all Pattaya Schools about the direction of education in the 21st Century.  This knowledge will help upgrade all schools to World-Class Standards in 21st Century.  Populations are most important resource of every country, and Thailand needs to keep up, even lead, the rest of the world with a good vision of the future, and understand the new directions in the world, and future technologies.
 
Mayor Ittipon Khunpluem officially opened the training program, and was very pleased, as were the trainees, to receive this valuable information from the Ambassador Don Paramatwinai
