Friday was quite a busy day at Pattaya City Hall.  The Local Administration Office convened a meeting with numerous government officials, to institute an information and communication network among the various ministries. Commenced by Mayor Ittipon Khunpluem in the presences of the Director of Execution Office of Chonburi Mr. Torn Chao-pi-jit to create networks for effective works which the related authorities under the Justice Ministry and Administrations of Ministry of the Interior must work together as a team which involving the officials from Local Administrations, Execution Office of Chonburi, DSI or Department of Special Investigations, Chonburi Youth Probation Office represented by the Director of Central Prison of Chonburi Mr. Payom Sing-tra and the Director of Central Prison for Women of Chonburi Mrs. Galayanee Janma, the Director of Chonburi Justice Office Mr. Preecha Sowannee, the Director of Banbuend Youth Probation Center including the people.

The meeting was held to educate the officials about Mediation procedures, and Recovery and Rehabilitation measures for youths charged with criminal offenses.  The meeting also promoted exchanges between the various authorities, to improve everyone’s knowledge of these matters, and ensure that all the authorities proceed in the same manner, making their work more effective. This third seminar instructed about 120 officials from many local Administration Offices, and all three meetings have been supported by a budget from the Ministry of Justice.  which this meeting was 3rd meeting. The budget approved for the 3 meetings was 74,000 Baht all set to gain the best solution to change the direction of Justice and Administrations of Thailand to be in the better way.
