Congratulations to the Marching Bands of Pattaya

On Sunday afternoon at Pattaya City Hall, a press conference was held in the presence of the Directors of 11 Pattaya Schools to publicize the excellence of two Marching Bands representing Pattaya in Major Competitions around Thailand.   
 
The 1st competition of 2011 was held in January in Bangkok.    The Marching Bands comprising of students chosen from all 11 schools of Pattaya included Primary and Secondary Levels, in which the Primary Level Band won 2nd Place and the Secondary Level Band won 1st Prize.
 
Then at the True Visions - Yamaha All Thailand Marching Band Competition held between 13-14th, May 2011 again in Bangkok, both bands won 1st Place positions for Pattaya.
 
This July, between 3 - 13th, both Marching Bands will be sent to Germany to compete in the World Championship Marching Band Competition, followed by an attendance in Paris to the Tropical Carnival, again to challenge other countries and help promote Pattaya on the international marching band scene.
