A two day seminar was held starting on Wednesday morning at the Royal Palace Hotel Pattaya, presided over by Lt. Gen. Udomdet Seetaboot. The subject of the discussion was Borderline Security Strategies to inform the attending army officers and relevant authorities about national safety security, especially at the borderlines.
The special presentation was presented by the Narcotic Drugs Prevention and Suppression Committee. The subject was that of narcotic drug control and illegal entry by foreigners into the country.
Thailand and neighboring countries work together to solve these problems and to improve the economic, social and political conditions especially at the borders of Thailand. The aim of this meeting is to lead to a Master Plan for each province located at the borderlines to follow in order to maintain safety and security of the local people.
