As a result of a police checkpoint set up at Soi Buffalo off Pattaya Third Road on Sunday morning, a number of people were held over for suspected drug taking.  In fact, a total of 10 men aged from 18 to 30 were apprehended after being urine tested positive and were taken back to the police station to face legal proceedings. Also, 15 motorcycles were impounded regarding ownership identification and expiration of road tax.
