As a result of a number of people acting rowdy and getting over excited as they played an illegal game of cards for money, police got word and came to the scene and made arrests in the early hours of Wednesday morning.    The incident occurred at an apartment in Central Pattaya and the three women and one man, together with the evidence of a pack of cards and 160 baht loot, were taken away to be fined for gambling.
