It will soon be time to get out your running shoes because the 20th Asian Pattaya Marathon is about to take place on Sunday 17th July.  To publicize the major sporting event, a press conference was held at Central Festival Pattaya Beach Mall on Saturday afternoon by the Marathon Management team from the Athletics Association of Thailand and Pattaya City Hall, represented by Deputy Mayor Wattana Jantawaranon.  It is expected that more people than ever before will take part in the big race around Pattaya. Preparations about safety and security issues along the route were announced to hopefully bring about yet another successful sporting event to boost the economy and tourism during the low season in Pattaya.
