In the early hours of Monday morning, Sawang Boriboon Rescue Team officers were called to the beachfront near Soi 8, Pattaya Beach Road where an incident had occurred involving a Burmese man.  There they found an unconscious man, later identified as 30 year old Mr. Losan. His face was covered with bruises and cuts and was given first aid before being taken to the nearest hospital.  Witnesses stated that they saw the man drinking with a gang of fellow Burmese men, and they started a fight amongst each other. Losan was left behind as the gang dispersed into the night.
