After Pattaya Police were informed about a tourist suspected of taking drugs, officers went along to an apartment block on Central Road on Monday evening and surprised 45 year old Mr. Back Sukho from North Korea.  They caught him red handed as he was sitting comfortably on his bed and just about to take yah ice crystals.  He was taken away and confessed to his dealer’s name and whereabouts so further investigations will go on to search out a young woman named Fun.
