In the wee hours of Wednesday morning, the Banglamung Police under the supervision of the Investigation Inspector Pol. Lt. Col. Isaranuwat Jong-a-pi-chai-goon were called to investigate a shooting at the Siri Center 2nd Hand Shop, located in the middle of Soi Nern Plab Wan. The police approached the scene immediately.
The building was a 3 Storey Shop. The front shutters, glass windows and door had been shot at, and 5 bullet holes were found in the windows. Five 9 mm bullets were found on the floor inside the shop, and Some merchandise had been damaged by the bullets. An employee who slept upstairs Mr. Amnuay Pra-dut-chon, aged 26 stated that he was awoken by the gun shots and the sound of a motorcycle running in front of the shop. He did not see the face of shooter, and there was no other evidence. the primary assumption of the owner Mr. Git-ti-chai-rat Ni-wat-chai-roet, aged 43 was that the gun might have been shot by some teenage gangsters in the area, who lately had started playing football in the empty area behind his shop, as well as drinking together in front of his shop after work . The owner thought that the juveniles might have taken some dislike to him and his store, but he had no Business Enemies.
The Camera in front of the shop was out of order, so no help there, but the police will start investigating nearby CCTV footage to locate the culprits.
