Even though the heavens opened and the rain poured down, there were a lot of colourful balloons paraded outside the Dee Day Restaurant on Second Road last Thursday evening.  The reason was it was the grand opening of this Bangladeshi restaurant located near Tiffany Theatre, and restaurateur owners Jimmy and Mrs. Kalaya Hunsen, welcomed many VIP guests to a tempting buffet of Bangladeshi and Thai cuisine.
