At the Nongplalai Administration Office, the Chairman Mr. Chalaem Tabtimtong opened a First Aid Training Program for the 120 attending Or. Por. Bpor. Ror. (Civilian Volunteers) and Police Volunteers. Proper first aid can reduce the loss of life and property in all types of accidents, and the attendees received excellent instruction from the Chief Instructor of Police Expert Department Pol.  Serg. Banpot Getwatta with the supports of Choke Sawarot Ltd, NOngplalai Administration Office and Banglamung Police Superintendent Pol. Col. Somneuk Jangaid.
 
Pol. Col. Somneuk Jangaid made an Opening Address, and a dinner treat was provided for the attendees and instructors, with live music, food and drinks for all.
