On Friday, the Pattaya Personnel Management Club, joined by many hotel operators in Pattaya, presented Pattaya City Hall with a substantial donation of basic goods for the flood refugees.  They donated rice, dry food, drinking water, and daily essential items for the flood victims, and Mayor Ittipon Khunploem, graciously accepted these items on behalf of the people who have been inundated  in the Bangkok and Pathumthani areas.
