On Saturday evening at Central Festival Pattaya Beach Mall, the 4tt Hip Hop B-boy Dancercise Contest 2011 was held by Inspire Entertainment Ltd. Also sponsored by M Sports Mineral Drinks, the contest hoped to encourage youths to get into dancing, work with a team, and stay drug free.
 
This was the Eastern region Try-out, to find the best team to represent this region in the national round. The national winner will be awarded a trophy from Her Royal Highness Soemsawalee, and prizes worth over 500,000 Baht in total.

B-Boying started in the Bronx in the late 1970s and is key part of hip-hop culture along with DJing, MCing and graffiti art. The term refers to the dance, moves and lifestyle originated in New York. Today, the B-Boy and B-Girl movement spans the globe, with leading scenes in South Korea, France and the USA.
