On Saturday at the activity ground in front of the Water Station, in Naklua, the 1st Grong Hua Jook Bird Competition was hosted, to raise money for Mifta Hul Koriya Islamic School and the Nongyai Government Nursery. The President of the Chonburi Sports Association Mr. Sontaya Khunpleum, opened the event, and the Opening Address was made by Nongprue’s Mayor.Mai Chaiyanit. There were 2 categories of bird competitions, with 40 trophies in one category and 60 trophies in another category.
 
There were 500 birds entered in the contest, all competing to be crowned as the most beautiful Grong Hua Jook Bird with the most beautiful voice of this season. The money raised by the competition will buy educational equipment for both schools .
