A special New Year’s party was held at the Ruen Thai restaurant on Second Road on Thursday evening, put on by the Pattaya Cultural Council and the Pattaya Women’s Group. Guests, including Mayor Ittipol Khunplume and Minister of Culture, Sukumol Khunpluem, enjoyed the traditional and cultural entertainment that this restaurant famously offers to guests.
