A public debate was held on Thursday at the Laem Chabang Municipality by the Assistant Director of Highway Station # 12, Mr. Suttichai Sontimoon, to allow the people to express their points of view regarding the construction of the new section of Route # 7, from Chonburi to Pattaya. The extension will connect Nongkahm with Laem Chabang. Laem Chabang’s Mayor Mrs. Jinda Tanomrod also attended the debate, along with many other officials, to listen to the public’s response.
 
This new Route 7 from Nongkahm-Laem Chabang will run for a distance of 79 kilometers from Nongkahm – Laem Chabang, to aid with the logistics of transportation for the many industrial estates in and around our area. This new route is being built to aid the manufacturing industries, but of course, the people can also use this route.
