Continuation of Doctor to Home Project

On Monday afternoon at the Tappraya Community Office, the Director of the Pattaya Public Health & Environment Department, Mrs. Wannaporn Jaem-jahm-raht, and the Chief of Medical Serviced of Pattaya City Hall Mr. Surachai Suksawaang continued the “Doctor To Home - 20,000 Beds In Hospitals Project”. On this day, the medical team serviced the Tappraya Community with medical and health care, brought directly to the people in this community.

These routine medical services and checkup programs are freely provided to the people in the communities, the total number of communities in this project is 34 and the length of this project will be 1 year. Patients with chronic diseases and elders are the main recipients who will be provided with hospital beds and care units. This of course allows the patients to be treated at home, saving a great deal of expense for the people and the government, and providing customized care for those who are ill.  All these services are done free of charge by Pattaya City Hall, in cooperation with Pattaya’s Public Health Department.
