Pattaya City Hall was in a very good mood on Tuesday, when Mayor Ittipon Khunpleum inked his name onto the Low Interest Loan Agreement with Krungthai Bank.  who were the Director of Sriracha Region Krungthai Bank Mr. Gahm-poen Poonpoen and the Senior Manager of Krungthai Bank South Pattaya Branch  Mr. Bunsong Jit-tra-raht The bank has allocated 100 million Baht for loans to city hall officials, with the maximum loan for each of 2 million baht, with a payment plan no longer than 15 years. Mortgages for homes can be up to 5 million baht maximum, with payment terms of up to 30 years. All 128 City Hall officials were very glad to sign up for the loans, and there were smiles on every face.
