A new community financial upgrade project of City Hall was introduced to the public by Mayor Ittipol Khunplume at Central Festival Pattaya Beach Mall on Wednesday afternoon.   Attending were representatives from the Assumption University.  The aim of the project is to get communities interested in community enterprise businesses in the hope of generating more income via exporting natural resources and local goods to international markets.  The 38 communities under the jurisdiction of Pattaya City Hall will be upgraded in production procedures and services to increase the value of products for export.
