Thirteen was certainly an unlucky number for a gang of people caught gambling on Tuesday evening. Thirteen people were found playing hi-lo and cards at a workers camp in Jomtien. Police were given the tip off about the illegal goings on and pounced on the camp and rounded up the naughty people. They were taken away to be fined and possibly be prosecuted for the offence.
