On Saturday, Sattahip’s Sheriff Mr. Chaichan Iam-ja-rern led a Special Team to arrest Mr. Prawit Koonpitak, aged 42. He was caught at his home with 2 Yah Bah tabs and the 500 Baht note which was used to buy the drugs in a sting operation.
From arresting drug addicts in Sattahip and further investigations, Sattahip’s Sheriff found out about Mr. Prawit’s bad habit. He has been a baht bus driver in Sattahip and Naklua for many years, but he recently became a minor drug trafficker in the area. When Mr. Pramote was arrested, he confessed that his love for his teenage son drove him to find some quick money, as he had made a deposit on a brand new car for his son to drive to collage. The new car would make his son able to compete with his rich friends, but Mr. Prawit ran out cash to keep paying for the car, so the drug dealing idea dawned on him. There will be more legal proceedings.
