Pattaya Police announced the arrest of 31 year old Chatchai, caught stealing cash and a mobile from a Chinese tourist on Thursday.  Miss Hee stated that as she was riding a motorcycle along Soi Day Night, South Pattaya, Chatchai came alongside on a motorcycle and pulled her purse from her arm.  As a result, both riders lost control of their bikes and fell off.  Passersby helped detain the man before the police arrived.  He will now be sent for legal proceedings.
