Paramotor Association of Thailand Holds Training for Judges
On Monday, Group Captain Wee-ra-yoot Dit-ya-si-rin, the vice president of the Air Sports and Aviation Association of Thailand, under Royal patronage, officially opened a training session for the judges working with the association. The training was done by a committee from the International Air Sports Federation, to upgrade the standards of the judging, because in international competitions, the judge must be licensed by the International Air Sports Federation. At present, the Association has 300 judges at the national level, and this year there are 50 competitors in paramotor, including 4 foreigners, 2 from Indonesia and 2 from Spain.
Paramotor is one of the many kinds of sports sponsored by the Air Sports Association, and competitions will be held at the end of April. One of the competitors will be Joey Boy, the well known singer and actor of Thailand.
At the same meeting, Group Captain Wee-ra-yoot Dit-ya-si-rin, also pinned an honorary medal in aviation sports on Khun Nat-tha-chai Saeng-sri, a member of the Ket-u-dom-sak Sub-district, and Khun Rad-chai Ban-dit-sin, the head of Sattahip Sub-district, for supporting the activities of the Air Sports Association.
