Retired American Arrested For Raping Twelve-Year-Old Girl
In the middle of the night on Thursday, a team of police from the Anti-Human Trafficking Center, led by its Director Mr. Palisorn Noja, assisted by Deputy Superintendent of Royal Thai Police Bureau Division 3 In charge of Investigations Pol. Lt. Col. Greeta Tan-ka-na-rak brought an Arrest Warrant issued by the Pattaya Court to arrest Mr. George Edward Webb, aged 62, from America, for Raping a Girl under 13 years of age. The creep was arrested while trying to hide in his rented house in Wantip Villas 6, on Soi Nern Plab Wan.
After arresting a female pimp for selling young girls for sex to 2 foreign clients in Pattaya, Mr. Georges name was mentioned as a client who liked to have sex with girls ages 12- 13. The 12 year -girl victim had been taken to him to rape 2 times. The pimp only gave the girl 40 Baht for the 1st rape and 100 Baht for the 2nd rape, even though the pimp earned 5,000 Baht each time.
After Mr. George heard about the arrest of the woman pimp and the other 2 clients, he moved 7 times, and hid his personal information from Immigration. However, the police were able to successfully trace him. Mr. George is a retired American who receives a pension from his Machinery Accessories Manufacturing in America, and has been in Pattaya for 3 years. He owns 5 motorcycles, 1 pickup and 1 car, and the police found a lot of condoms and sex drugs in his bedroom.
Mr. George denied all the charges for Raping a girl under 13 years, and Separating a girl under 15 years from her parents for molestation purposes. Nonetheless, off he went to the Banglamung Police Station for further investigation and legal proceedings.
