There were a lot of loud bangs in Sattahip on Thursday morning when the Royal Thai Navy showed off its latest arsenal of powerful Thai manufactured anti-submarine mines. Both M19 and M11 models were tested and detonated in Sattahip bay. Each mine was dropped 30 nautical miles from shore at a depth of 20 meters before being detonated, shooting up a 30 meter high spray of water.
